Continental Worldwide Trading Company (CWTC) is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Application Chemist to join the team in Karachi. This role focuses on bridge the gap between complex analytical technology and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and provide comprehensive training to clients on laboratory and analytical instruments.
- Technical Development: Execute product testing, lead method development, and perform application-specific troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Produce detailed application notes, technical reports, and professional presentations.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales department to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Assist clients in enhancing the performance and application of their scientific instruments.
Requirements
- Education: A BS or MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience in technical support, analytical instrumentation, or laboratory applications is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Attributes: A self-starter capable of working independently and mastering new technologies quickly.
- Mobility: A willingness to travel for on-site customer visits and equipment demonstrations.
