Sukooon Wellness is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to lead civil construction, maintenance, and renovation projects while integrating interior and exterior design elements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee civil works, including construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Create and evaluate design concepts for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Generate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Organise industrial, commercial, and office spaces based on functional needs.
- Liaise with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project progress, material consumption, and overall quality control.
- Prepare budget estimates and assist in project cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in project supervision, renovation, or civil construction.
- Understanding of interior and exterior design principles.
- Expertise in AutoCAD; additional proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, or SketchUp is beneficial.
- Prior experience in space planning, industrial facilities, and interior finishing is preferred.
