DM - Cutting
Job Responsibilities:
Make sure on time feeding to concerned department with proper traceability
Develop fabric requirement plan against projected orders.
Ensure proper order-wise packaging of cut fabric for dispatch to relevant department.
Digitize and grade and maintain their record of all cutting data.
Prepare and maintain data bank of available styles and sizes of WW and Bags.
Giving instruction to the Cutting supervisors
Monitor all operations of cutting department.
Arrange resource for cutting as required.
Train and supervise team of cutters operator.
Assist Cutting Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Manages Floor Environments for workers and motivate them.
Requirements:
Proficiency in ERP software, Hands on experience on MS Office & MS Excel
Knowledge of cutting department operations & machinery
Excellent Problem solving skills and ability to perform work under pressure
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 04-05 years of relevant experience in textile industry
