We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EFS Executive to join our Export, Import & Logistics team at Kings Apparel.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day EFS import and export transactions.
* Review and process Goods Declarations (GDs) and coordinate with clearing agents.
* Monitor EFS accounts, balances, and reconciliation.
* Coordinate with Customs, clearing agents, banks, and internal departments.
* Maintain accurate EFS documentation and ensure timely closure of transactions.
* Prepare reconciliation reports and support Customs/FBR audits.
* Ensure compliance with applicable EFS procedures and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
*3-5 years of relevant experience in EFS, Export/Import, Customs, or Weboc operations.
* Practical knowledge of Pakistan Customs, FBR, Weboc, GD processing, and EFS procedures.
* Strong MS Excel, reconciliation, documentation, and coordination skills.
* Experience in the textile or garment export industry will be an added advantage.
