We're growing, and we need an experienced estimator to join our Pakistan Construction Team
What you'll do:
* Do quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings
* Build detailed cost estimates for masonry, concrete, facade restoration, roofing, and general construction
* Review bid documents, scopes, and specs, and flag gaps or risks
* Prepare bid proposals for commercial, residential, and government projects
* Work directly with our NYC project team
What we're looking for:
* [5+] years of construction estimating experience (required)
* Strong takeoff skills with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
* Strong Excel skills
* Clear written and spoken English
* Able to work overlapping hours with New York (EST)
* US New York City construction experience is a strong plus
* Familiar with use of screen monitoring program.
