Engro Corporation is currently seeking a Manager Process Safety & Loss Prevention to be based at their location in Karachi.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate-wide technical leadership and process safety governance across all Engro Business Units.
Responsibilities
- Supervise risk evaluations and technical audits.
- Track overall safety performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to prevent major safety incidents.
- Promote ongoing enhancements in Process Safety Management (PSM) protocols in accordance with global standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering background, ideally within the petrochemical or fertilizer sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in process safety management, safety audits, HAZOP, HAZID, and LOPA.
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
