Logifuze is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
* Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
* Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll inputs.
* Keep HR tools and CRM records organized and up to date.
* Respond to employee queries and support daily HR operations.
What Weโre Looking For:
* At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
* Experience using HR tools and maintaining CRM records.
* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work independently.
