V2F Solutions is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to support international technical recruitment across the US, Canada, India, and LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source technical professionals across international markets.
Build talent pipelines for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and Project Managers.
Conduct Boolean searches and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other platforms.
Build and maintain organized candidate databases and talent pools.
Engage active and passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
Track candidate skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
Collaborate with recruitment and account teams to fulfill technical hiring requirements.
Develop an understanding of international employment and independent contractor hiring models.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Experience sourcing candidates for IT and technical positions.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search, candidate mapping, and talent pipeline management.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate databases.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
