We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in LLMs, Document AI, and customer-facing technical deployments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Scope, configure, and deploy AI solutions based on individual customer requirements.
• Work directly with customer operations and IT teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and configure workflows involving exceptions, approvals, KYC requirements, and complex business scenarios.
• Manage and optimize AI-powered document extraction, classification, and understanding capabilities.
• Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot misclassifications, and improve accuracy and performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with customer infrastructure, including on-premises and resource-constrained environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve AI products.
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs and Document AI.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, document extraction, and classification.
• Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact directly with customers.
• Experience with on-premises deployments or constrained infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations and travel when required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
