In this role, you’ll drive engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, oversee technical delivery and product quality, and contribute to AI-driven innovation.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
-15+ years of software engineering experience
-Strong expertise in .NET, C#, Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
-5+ years of people management experience
-Experience in enterprise software delivery, ideally in banking or insurance
-Strong leadership, technical governance and stakeholder management skills
