⭐️About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing intelligent AI assistants capable of understanding user requests, interacting with applications, automating workflows, and performing actions securely through natural language.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models.
* Build intelligent AI chatbots and autonomous AI agents using LLMs.
* Design and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge-based AI applications.
* Develop tool-calling and function-execution capabilities to enable AI-driven workflow automation.
* Integrate AI assistants with backend APIs, databases, and business applications.
* Implement secure, role-aware AI interactions with appropriate authorization and access controls.
* Develop multilingual and voice-enabled AI experiences using speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
* Optimize AI systems for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
* Containerize and deploy AI applications using Docker.
Required Skills
* 1+ years of practical AI/ML development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Python.
* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
* Experience with AI Agents, Function Calling, and Tool Integration.
* Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
* Experience with vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Qdrant).
* Understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
* Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
* Practical knowledge of Docker, Git, and REST APIs.
* Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
* Understanding of NLP, Machine Learning fundamentals, and secure API integrations.
Good to Have
* Experience with Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
* Experience integrating AI assistants into web and mobile applications.
* Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and multilingual LLMs.
* Experience with multi-agent systems and AI workflow orchestration.
* Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure AI action execution.
* Knowledge of LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT fine-tuning techniques.
* Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Familiarity with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and hallucination reduction.
