Jacked Nutrition Group is looking for an experienced professional to oversee Human Resources and Administration across its Head Office, retail outlets, warehouse, and Farma Labs manufacturing unit.
About the role
This position is responsible for directing HR operations, workforce planning, staff relations, performance management, payroll processing, and regulatory adherence, while enhancing organizational policies and people management structures.
Responsibilities
- Direct recruitment, talent selection, onboarding, and workforce forecasting.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including appraisals, promotions, and exits.
- Supervise payroll administration, benefits, compensation, attendance tracking, and HRIS tasks.
- Formulate and execute HR policies, operational procedures, and SOPs.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and manage disciplinary issues.
- Maintain full compliance with Pakistani labour legislation and statutory mandates.
- Drive staff training, development, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Direct operational administration and manage the internal HR team.
- Track HR KPIs, generate workforce reports, and assess departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a management capacity.
- Proven track record managing HR operations across several locations or business divisions.
- Thorough understanding of Pakistani labour laws, payroll execution, employee relations, and performance systems.
- Practical expertise utilising HRIS and payroll software (such as MiHCM, Odoo, or similar platforms).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- A Master's degree or MBA in HR, SHRM/CIPD/CHRP professional certifications, and prior experience in FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors are preferred.
