📍 Location: Remote
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PKT (Fixed Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
▪️ Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service-related inquiries
▪️ Communicate with US-based clients regarding services, pricing, orders, and customer concerns
▪️ Resolve customer queries and complaints while maintaining high service standards
▪️ Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details
▪️ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues
▪️ Follow company communication guidelines and customer service standards
Requirements
▪️ 1–2 years of relevant call support experience
▪️ Strong experience in inbound call handling
▪️ Outbound calling experience is an advantage
▪️ Experience dealing with US-based or international clients is preferred
▪️ Clear, professional, and easily understandable English accent suitable for communicating with US-based clients
▪️ Strong listening, comprehension, and conversation-management skills
▪️ Confidence in handling customer inquiries and difficult conversations
▪️ Ability to multitask and manage calls professionally
▪️ Fast and accurate typing skills
▪️ Working laptop or desktop computer
▪️ Stable, high-speed internet connection
▪️ Willingness to commit to a minimum contract period of 1–2 years
