The role involves the creation and optimization of automated integrations and workflows. You will be responsible for streamlining data flows between various business systems and ensuring operational performance remains high.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support automated workflows using tools like n8n and Zapier.
- Connect business systems, APIs, and third-party applications for consistent data exchange.
- Develop advanced automation sequences to boost internal efficiency.
- Identify and resolve issues related to workflow failures or performance delays.
- Work alongside cross-functional departments to translate business needs into technical automation.
- Maintain technical documentation for all integrations and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, platform engineering, or automation.
- Practical proficiency with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data mapping, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multi-step, complex automated sequences.
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- High level of English communication skills for presenting solutions to stakeholders.
- Capacity to work autonomously and handle shifting priorities.
- Preferred: Familiarity with basic scripting, JSON, and data transformation, as well as experience with international clients.
