Sukooon Wellness is seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee all quality control operations. Based in Faisalabad, the successful candidate will lead activities to guarantee product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and quality control workflows.
- Manage testing procedures for raw materials, in-process components, and final products.
- Maintain strict compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and all relevant quality benchmarks.
- Evaluate and authorise QC reports, laboratory records, and test outcomes.
- Conduct investigations into quality deviations, customer feedback, and out-of-specification results.
- Liaise effectively with the Production, QA, R&D, and Warehouse departments.
- Supervise the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and testing protocols.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections and internal or external audits.
- Create and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Direct, mentor, and supervise the QC department staff.
Requirements
- Pharm-D, M.Sc., or M.Phil. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Control, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- Proven background in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Herbal, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP, GLP, quality documentation, and laboratory testing.
- Practical experience in testing both raw materials and finished goods.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in MS Office and specialised QC documentation systems.
