Global Smart Hands Limited is currently seeking a remote Service Delivery Coordinator based in Pakistan to manage engineer allocation and oversee service delivery operations.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery workflows remotely, maintaining engineer networks, and collaborating with international recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the service delivery process from start to finish.
- Source and arrange schedules for L1 to L3 engineers.
- Maintain the engineer database and handle SLA ticket management.
- Communicate and liaise with European recruiters.
Requirements
- Strong command of advanced written and spoken English.
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience within IT Managed Services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SLA tickets.
- An existing network and database of L1 to L3 engineers.
