SkyLift Marketing is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and expand YouTube channels on behalf of its diverse clientele. This full-time role focuses on driving organic channel development, refining content strategies, and delivering measurable audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Development: Formulate and execute YouTube growth initiatives across a variety of client channels.
- Market Research: Analyse niche trends, popular formats, and rival channels to inform strategy.
- Content Creation: Draft high-retention video scripts featuring strong hooks, structured storytelling, and clear calls to action.
- Production Support: Provide brief requirements to graphic designers and video editors for thumbnails and video layouts.
- Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B testing on titles, thumbnails, and content formats while refining tags, descriptions, and playlists for optimal reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key analytics using YouTube Studio and deliver actionable performance reports to internal teams and clients.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain steady messaging and brand alignment across all managed channels.
Requirements
- Experience: At least two years of professional experience in managing YouTube channels or a closely aligned role.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Scriptwriting Proven Skills: A demonstrated ability to craft engaging video scripts, supported by live video examples or portfolio samples.
- Analytics & SEO Expertise: Practical mastery of YouTube SEO, retention metrics, and translating audience analytics into actionable growth strategies.
- Project Management: Direct experience in building, maintaining, and executing video content calendars.
- Global Client Experience: Previous background working alongside international clients, such as founders, coaches, and fitness professionals.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in YouTube Studio, performance metrics, and a general understanding of video editing and production workflows.

- Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site position.
- Location: CEMTECH, NSTP - NUST, H-12, Islamabad.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month.
